Yes I'm bored waiting for friggin all day patch to finish but a thought occurred to me: Since lady Amadine-w/e's gotten the boot (in my storyline at least) from the house....shouldn't it go up for sale? XD While it would be crazy to be able to buy it individually....wouldnt it be cool if maybe just 1 person could buy it? Could even be like 400 million gil lolol and 1 per server.


....and yes. I would have a quiet cup of tea every night...just before the grandfather clock struck 12...O_O;;

I'm pretty sure at best that place should be completely sealed off. It'd probably take a few years of crime scene cleanup & a construction crew to get it livable.

Well you could buy the plot but the house will have to be burned down, a year or 2 of constant void cleansing and killing of the rabid voidsent in the surrounding area

I've seen worse "fixer-uppers" in my career. I mean, I see squatters and such instead of voidsent, but close enough, right?

I like it. It's quirky and awesome. I can't imagine SE ever doing it, but that would be really cool.

Hey, maybe a new kind of housing...? Could be an alternative for folks who have a hard time coughing up the huge chunk of gil at a time. You have a ward that looks about like a medieval version of Detroit, and people can buy fixer-uppers for cheap, and spend money/mats fixing them up over time.

400 million Gil? That's pocket change for lots of players nowadays.

Nah, if they did something with it, it should require an absurd amount of Gil that all players on the server can participate in
(would take a nice chunk of money out of the game) and if the goal was reached, something the whole community could enjoy would happen.

Like, idk, Manderville-sama would take over, and last year's Halloween event version became available all year but you can earn MGP, unique glamours, etc. there or something.
