I think even them, said it would be i270, then the next step for i275 would be pretty relax, haha. But yes it's a possibility that it was an oversight but i think they've done that every new steps. By "that" i mean giving away the relic names via achievements. I could be wrong though.

Papalymo has the Tupsimati, that sounds like a death flag to me.

Well 3.X era is the Death Flag Era. So many people are dying during this era even when it began in 2.5.

I would not be surprised if everyone in the Scion dies in 4.X ending leaving the WoL alone this time and a prisoner to the Garlean Empire.

Just wanted to be sure if somebody could confirm that would be nice.

That was for Alex Normal. Weekly lockout for the items is eliminated. The only thing still on a lockout is the gear from A12 that you need to get 7 of to get a micro tome for a weapon. That's still on a weekly lockout.
