Thread: New Beastmen tribe Glams

So, this may sound like an odd question, but here goes. Seeing that both the HW beast tribes offer beast tribe cosplay glamour, a few friends and I were speculating if this would follow suit in 4.0. I thought, since we aren't getting a new race, and swimming will now be a thing, what better way to show off this new feature then giving us a tail glamour like the new race. It'd be awesome to be able to be half snake, at least glamour wise. It'd be the closest thing to a mermaid this world has. Of course it'd have to be a leg and foot glam, similar to how the old Odin gear used to cover multiple slots. Anyway, any thoughts?

But I guess it would pose major animation problems for them - walking, running and jumping animations would have to be developed for the tail so that it looks somewhat natural with the rest of the body and those are all different when the weapon is drawn!

So, uh...I wouldn't get my hopes up. Cool as it would be, it's a lot of effort for just one glam.

I would also love for them to give the 2.0 beast tribes glamour.

The Amalj'aa are one of my fave beast tribe -design and culture- and I would love to be able to glamour as them.

Since we'll never get a beastly playable race, nor as companion, these beast tribe glamours are the closest we can get.

I would honestly prefer glamours for what outfits the beast tribes are wearing rather than outfits that make us look like deformed members of a beast tribe.

It may be a tad difficult since they either wear stuff that would look too odd on playable characters and beastmen like the Sahagin and the Amalj'aa don't wear anything on the chest, which would need an additional design for female players.

So tweak outfits to accommodate for those particular elements of modesty while maintaining the style of the outfits found among members of the various beast tribes.

That would be awesome. I'd love to wear some of the Amalja stuff.
