I don't have an ill opinion of mentors, the system is just horrible.

New players don't ask for advice, and all turning on the crown does is get you spit on. The entire system is based around a reward that shouldn't be handed out, and the novice network is a mentor friends chat room.

You don't need a mentor crown to help people.

Preach it. This is so true. Get rid of the mentor system entirely! People who actually want to help will still help, they don't need the crown!
