    Schools as party equivalent for crafting and gathering

    Schools would work with rank abilitys. With an additional option when targeting someone in the party : Teach-Learn

    Rank 1 Student : learn from 1 Professor (ex)

    Rank 20 Stagiere : learn from 1 Stagiere and 1 Educator while teaching 1 Stagiere (ex)

    Rank 30 Educator : Learn from 2 educator while teaching 1 Student and 1 Stagiere (ex)

    rank 40 Professor : Learn from 4 Stagieres while teaching 5 Students (ex)

    then, you build a School, you target a School member with the Learn or Teach menu action to balance party then you gain extra sp from the classe you are learning from. Sp gained vary on rank of your teacher.

    You could share your Preserve or other ability with the one(s) you are in relation with. Or you could chain succes synth in a turn based groupe mode. Do skillchain with craft-gath skills. etc.

    I think this would be very cool. Crafting needs to be more social. Thanks for the good post!

    A really good idea. Crafting has gotten harder since the sp acquisition from leves has been cut, so why not make it party based to ease the grind!!

    Is 20 dmg for the hit like 30 dmg if a RNG shoots?
    No DRG for party, camp spot site with 30 dmg, but is it for 20 like 30 dmg when you no hit be it for dd, for 30 dmg instead? or half is 10 for 20 dmg?
    How i mine for fish?
