Once I got my "Brand-new Ring" I decided to level my second class for my job and did so by mostly doing the starting quests in a city I had not previously leveled in along with the hunting logs for that class. It got me to 15 pretty easily. With that in mind, I could probably follow that same formula for a third class as well.
