Do something about the Solo Palace of the Dead achievements

It's annoying enough as it is to get to floor 100 solo, but when you're literally screwed left and right from RNG in Palace, such as a never ending wave of Chimera, and you get KO counts that PREVENT you from getting your achievement because you can only get the bloody thing by dying past Floor 50/100, but you can't get past 100 unless you have no deaths at all.

This does not add 'replayablility' SE, this is just a dumb as hell lockout. Other achievements we get RIGHT AWAY, this is the only thing I see that doesn't give them until we die.

And I'm not going to be redoing any of this solo again if I'm screwed over due to RNG bs killing me by spawning 4+ wondering monsters all in a line.

But... but... the point of this achievments IS not to get them right away. Doind PotD solo is an EXTRA challenge (like the game always tells you when you go in solo) and thats rewarded with those special achievments which are highly optional content. You're probably frustrated right now, because yes those wipes can be dishearting but please, please stop asking for nerfs already just because something optional in optional content isnt handed to you.

I'm still having trouble to unlock this achievement. I ran PotD from 1 to 101 and from 51 to 101 twice without dying and never got the achievement to unlock for some reason. Do you have to do it in one go?

I did a single run of floor 1-119 (accidentally killed myself at the boss) and it got me both achievements. I did it over the course of a few days.

Except it's not a nerf, it's bug fix and thus...should be fixed. This is (supposedly) not how the achievement is intended to work and its description does not mention anything about 0 deaths or actually going to floor 101+. It's T5 Twisters all over again.

My point exactly. Why were they not more specific with these achievements

No where does it say 'without dying'. Either they need to change the text of the achievement or they need to make players able to get the achievement when they beat the 100th floor boss.

Did I say for anything to be nerfed? No. I was mildly venting and pissed off that they made achievements with hidden strings attached. It's not fair when they only give a vague description with a secondary hidden aspect to actually get it.

Achievements are working as intended. You get them when your score is calculated, and it is on death or Floor 200 clear.

Yes, slightly bad wording, but you also have Provoke and the Frontines wins achievements (ADS requires you to get 200 wins on ONE GC, whereas the Field Commander's set and White ADS require only 100 wins, regardless of GC. All three are worded almost the same.)

i think the japanese translantion mentions, that you have to get beyond floor 100

Actually both the Japanese and French versions say that you need to reach a floor beyond 50/100 starting from floor 1 to get the corresponding achievement, while both the Germand and English versions only talk about clearing floors 50/100 starting from floor 1. Hence, this should be a translation issue, not a bug to be fixed.

An achievement requiring a couple things not mentioned that are still entirely doable isn't even in the same league as the final boss at the time being unplayable.

I didn't know how to get that achievement until I found some answer on a random blog post saying you have to die on floor 100+.
I'm okay with that but I at least would like to know that's what I have to do (if that was how it was supposed to work). If I remember correctly it only says clear PoD floor 1-100.
