Can't verify version, getting error codes [30605] [20448] [10009] [10019]

I have done literally everything I can think of and then some to try to get this game to run. Here's everything I have tried:

• Renew and flush my DNS
• Resetting my IP
• Rolling back my computer
• Reformatting my computer
• Reinstalling the game multiple times
• Running as an administrator
• Modifying config files
• Multiple virus and malware scans
• Verified the game through steam (which just makes you reinstall almost the entire game)
• Updated the firmware on my router
• Factory reset my router
• Completely bypass my router
• Turned off any firewalls
• Reset and reinstalled my network driver.
• Delete the folder found under My Games > Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn

I have also looked through the solved forums, found something similar, but it was not solved with what they did to fix it in the different threads. One of the "answers" just made me get more error codes, with the new codes being [19901] [2]. I even looked through and google translated the ones in French. I'm at a complete loss. I've tried everything I can think of and the game will not boot. The only thing I've been able to do is, when using a VPN, it can connect to the server and the launcher, well, launches. The issue with that is I don't have an active subscription to any VPN, so I'm using a free trial of one which means I only have a limited amount of data I can use for it, and there's no way in hell I want to pay for a subscription to a VPN and pay for a subscription to this game just to play this game. How do I fix this?

I found out my ISP was having multiple issues. The problem is solved, my ISP was the issue.
