Request to unlock Hempen set styles

I was also reading the previous Live Letter “Ask a Question” threads, and I saw a few people mention Hempen outfits being accessible to all races, and why Viera/Hrothgar are somehow the only exceptions. It seems it wasn’t brought up in the recent Live Letters either. So, that tells me they are dodging the question for some reason.

In those threads, they only answer the questions that have the most likes versus answering questions that have been asked repeatedly/frequently or more serious/interesting questions that have less likes.
It's kind of lame system because if you want certain questions answered, you'll have to dig through the thread for them. :B
