Personally, I like that the races have flavor gear, and am against this.

There's nothing inherently "racial unique" about these sets though, and they've already compromised this by giving viera, for example, the midlander set.

There's nothing unique about Viera having bunny ears either, when you can just make it a head accessory. But people wanted bunny characters.

I agree, and said as much in the male viera thread. Might as well make the hempen sets available for everyone now.

Thats a good point, why were they lazy to just give viera the hyur camise instead of make a unique one if it mattered that much? they should unlock them for all races

Same thing with hrothgar, I am pretty sure. I think they have the roe variant? I am sure female hrothgar will end up getting the same treatment next expansion, or whenever they plan on releasing them. Not only that though, these sets are just underwear. There's nothing really cultural about any of it in how it looks for any particular race.

I mean, I'd argue hairstyles have more racial identity that the starter gears (except maybe Viera) let alone what's essentially just underwear /shrug
