    Did tests for this, the results are assuming the stats on the items are Crit > Det, it's ilvls per ilvl:
    Weapon 3.54/13 = 0.272. So for example a 20 higher ilvl on weapon would result in an increase of 5.42 ilevels worth of DPS. When tested it resulted in about 124.9 DPS
    Head/Hands/Feet 0.87/13 = 0.067, +20 ilevels = 1.34 tested DPS = 31
    Chest/Legs 1.41/13 = 0.108, +20 ilevels = 2.16 tested DPS = 50.2
    Accessories + Belt 0.672/13 = 0.0517, +20 ilevels = 1.034 tested = 23.9

    With this we can get that 1 realistic ilvl is equal to 23.04 DPS going from 250 -> 270, plugging in the numbers from the initial DPS, we get 23.04/2413.9 = 0.95% per realistic ilevel. While there's multiple variables for this such as differing stats and growth. This is as accurate as it can get if done without putting a lot of time into it.

    With this we have a weapon with 10 more ilvl would have 2.72 realistic ilevel, 2.72*0.95 = 2.584% damage increase.
