Looking for mature semi-hardcore FC

I started FFXIV in 2016. My focus is to become a better player in PvE and to constantly compete with myself for better results. I am a good but not awesome player and to become better I feel the need for an environment focused on PvE and self-improvement.

What I'm looking for:

A semi-hardcore smaller FC with a mature and not shallow attitude

Players who play a lot

The possibility for a place in a static, preferably as SMN or healer, in Stormblood. I'm currently in a casual static raiding 4 hours but this is not enough for me. For 4.0 I want to raid more and do the most difficult content in a progression group when it's relevant.

Players who will gladly discuss performance in PvE openly in chat

Players who will be happy to point out anything they notice about my playing which seems weird or under-optimized

If there are others like me, people who play a lot and want to become as good as possible but feel they can't find others with the same mindset, we could start our own FC. There are many good players with experience of other games who can't get into serious raiding in FFXIV and who play 10 hours a day but don't get anything back for the time invested. If you feel you have no place in the community but know that you can and want to play, you can contact me in-game and we can start our own FC and raidgroup.

We are a very small fc in Odin but have been around and raiding since 2.3
Currentlly all of us raid with different statics but all have the raid tier on farm.
We have a mansion and buffs like all other Fcs really but can help with end game and raiding whenever needed.
