Ok I think I have the right section for this question. I have been trying to figure out how to get my next grand company promotion, every time I try and apply for a promotion it tells me that there isn't any further promotions available to me. I know there has been at least one new rank put in from the 3.4 patch I just haven't found how to get that promotion
