    Thing is, it's not SE's fault. Granted, they could try to put more pressure on the infrastructure operators, or move their datacenter to a different city, but in the end it's Level 3 and Ormuco who owns the equipment that slows things down.

    Dang I can't just call them up and be like "Hey something is wrong!". RIP. Also too I tried all the VPN programs and nothing seems to solve the problem. Any other suggestions on the off chance?
