Purposely DCing should be reportable

Everyone is giving advice on situations that don't even pertain to the discussion at hand. Everyone knows some people lose connection for multiple reasons, that's not what this thread is about. This thread is about people who disconnect on purpose, and state as such, so that they will be kicked and avoid a penalty. Discussing situations where people lose connection due to bad Internet or whatever is irrelevant to the discussion.

How exactly would this be abused? If there is a stipulation in place that they have to actually mention that they are doing it on purpose for the above reasons than you wouldn't be able to effectively report innocent people.
