Character not getting tomes

Steps:
1. I been doing simple runs to help people, this did not get me many tomes of any kind, but it gives me a bit. For this I just thought it was too low to notice.
2. I start helping a friend with POTD runs and when I check how many tomes I collected for the runs, I noticed the total is the same as last week. So all the primal runs and POTD runs I did, no tomes at all were collected.
3. NO I am not capped, I just used them to buy stuff for BLM relic and scrip gear on BLM. I am just not getting any tomes at all.

Were the primal runs unsynced? Unless there is a bonus you don't get tomes for unsynced content.

Not all of them were no, and even so, when doing POTD, you get tomes.

You did the PotD runs on your 60 WHM? I'm not sure you get tomes unless you go in as a Lv 60, but I'm not 100% on that.
