    also note that there are 2 PC versions (Steam and Non-Steam). IIRC the one from the SE store is the non-steam version. if you choose to go with either, all future expansions must be purchased from the same source (ie. if you have the Non-steam version, you cannot purchase an expansion pack from steam and add it to your account, only physical and digital versions from SE and authorized distributors would work for you)

    also just to be safe make sure you login with the same SE account you use with ff14 mogstation if ever you have multiple accounts. congrats on the purchase and hope you enjoy the game!
