Excuse you for assuming I don't feel bad for the Korean players while stating facts.Evidently, whoever is in charge of the KR version feels that they cannot wait until a future patch to try to resolve server population issues and this proposed solution must be done now and not later. You have to remember that the KR version (and the CH one) are basically owned by a different publisher, and they probably have a good say over what they do with their versions as per contract agreements.
