Since wallpapers, lighting, flooring from events get destroyed and the choice was made to no longer include those on the event vendors. Now they're only available via the cash shop or insane mb prices if still available at all on the mb. That's a $5 (going off NA prices) item for something like the winter wallpaper or the bomb chandelier they may have just destroyed that isn't going to show up on the npc you recover furniture from.

The Korean and Chinese servers are not run by SE. NEXON for Korea and Shanda Games for China. SE directly manages and maintains the JP, EU and NA servers.
