Buy gift for friend via Steam - Steam-Square payment servers down?

Pretty much as topic tells, attempted to buy this game as a gift for a friend via steam, but it all ends in:

'This buy is awaiting, while steam is trying to recieve payment' roughly translated

On note in this I tested by adding steam coin to my account to see if had any current billing issues with Steam, as it is I do not, would if be something that could be looked upon?

Double checked with both paypal and credit card, it seems odd I guess, but I guess I just have to wait or do I have to keep on spamming until it goes through?

Have you tried contacting Steam support? Steam operates like any other store and would have to get purchase help from them unless you buying directly from SE at their online store.
