Request/Idea: Capture The Flag(Frontline: PvP)

I like wow's Capture The Flag system but we need better job balancing to allow it in this game. A huge problem with pvp in ffxiv it is an after thought and they do a very poor job with job balancing in pvp. They just throw in rules hoping it will work, I got no clue how something like a holy spam team was missed of being an issue, passed so called "testing" and they allowed it, then the lazy cop out was banning cleric stance completely.
