Attributes

I've been looking for the [dev#] for player attributes and can't seem to find it. I think having definitive values for the attributes would help fix many problems.

I prefer to choose my own stats, I just wish they'd make them A) more transparent and B) fix the ones that are quite obviously lackluster.
