Are there any ways to disrupt a RMT bot's pattern of behavior?

Unfortunately, if there were a way to disrupt them, then that could be used to harass (innocent) players.
The best you can do is take a screenshot or two since you cant type out all those names, host it on imgur, report one of them by name and link screenshot with all info.

Screenshots/Videos are not taken as Evidence. Quit Funny to say... due of the possibility by them being manipulated.

But then doing a full Detailed Report with 9-10 Bots doing Ephermal Node Farming since a Year is totally useless. I think Square Enix aims only for the ones that stay 24/7 in a Zone.
(They're all in the same Zone, Stacking at the Node, taking the same Path like the other Bots do or generally teleport at the same time once Ephermal Node isnt available anymore)

Player Bots have become clever, unlike the Scripted Automated RMT Bots that you see Teleporting around with their stupid Names...

Personally I have given up, the Bots have won it seems as long as they sometimes play with their Hands everything seems fine...

I witnessed a few of them teleporting away, so I proceeded to use my old trick of teleport cancelling on them (trade with someone shortly before the teleport cast is complete). Sadly, it didn't work. They'd just attempt to teleport again.

So, long story short, are there any ways to disrupt them permanently? Does anyone know of a working method?

I would highly advise against doing this. Firstly the old trick of 'trade locking' was removed due abuses of it on legitimate players. Also, using tactics like this is against TOS. Any action taken by one player to willfully disrupt another "player's" ability to use the game systems is considered harassment and will likely lead to you getting punished instead. Also, you're simple disruption does not handle the core issue nor is it likely to permanently stop that bot from functioning. It is recommended that you simply report the Bots you find than trying to deal with them yourself, this saves you the trouble of having to try and figure this out, avoids the possibility of breaking TOS and allows SE to properly research and build the case to properly ban the account associated with the bot.

I had fun one day pulling every monster in the watery area between Horizon and Vesper and letting the black mage bots who were leveling there take them all off me with Fire II... Instant death. >: D

Well, you have to do it before they start the animation where prior it would interrupt the animation.

You can certainly do as you will, just giving out a PSA so you're aware, if a GM sees you do this then it doesn't matter if the bot could report you or not.
