    Stuck in Loading screen after character selection.

    I get Stuck in Loading screen after character selection with no error message. Problem started after my internet went out for awhile. I have tried everything SE has suggested. Has nothing to do with my connection, took my pc to a friends to try with his isp, and this did not help. The NA tech support have not been helpful, they constantly ask me to do the same things I have tried and tell me to call back, though they should know what I have done from my ticket number. The only thing I have not tried, which se suggested, is to log on using a different pc...... I really don't understand why they can't try logging in with my account. None of my irl friends play this game unfortunately, and both myself and online friends are not comfortable with logging into my account. Sorry this is a little rantish, but kinda frustrated that I have not been able to play during the free time of the NA holidays.

    Happens to me sometimes, I just force exit the game and relog.
    Maybe try a full defragment on your computer (unless you have an SSD then don't).
    Helps with loading for me.

    Try a DNS flush.

    I had a similar problem not to long ago and a dns flush is what it took to get me back in the game.

    How to do it: Click your Windows Start Button > Under "Search programs and files" type "cmd" and press enter > a black box should have popped up, type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotes) and press enter.

    That should be it. If this doesn't take care of your problem then I'm afraid I don't know what will.

    Hopefully you'll be able to get past the character selection screen now and back to playing the game.

    Aaaaaahhhhh Finaly i see some one that suffers the same issue, i have been stuck now for 6 days and unable to log in due to a simlar senario, when we talk about SE Technical Support its like talking to a bunch of Retards, they do not read the explanation, they just want to close the ticket call ASAP.

    Although i have posted my concern on 3 diffent locations i do not have a solution to the problem. find below links to see how far did i go with SE Technical Support team.
