Reason we should get more customisation

Well, ideally we need to see every playable race given more customisation options that aren't just new hairstyles. Some race/gender combinations suffer more than others where the dreaded 'same face' issue is concerned. Highlander men, for instance, lack a proper eyebrow option and all of their base facial options are on the rugged side. They really need some proper 'classically handsome' options - especially when they saw fit to give the Highlander guy from the Void Ark quests a unique 'classically handsome' face.

Raubhan has a unique model too. It's going to be frustrating if they introduce more male Highlander NPC's with special, inaccessible features if the playable character models aren't updated. With that said, though, 'additional customisation options' have been heavily requested for quite a while around these parts. So hopefully that counts for something.
