Try sticking to basics until then: shield lob, flash, flash, combo, flash, combo while weaving in procs and rotating your defensive cooldowns with a flash every now and then to refresh.

I don't mean it like that i mean it like one seperate bar that i can move independently from party/aggro list that displays the aggro difference between MT and #1

For example it could be like the small aggro bars in big with the job button and name abbreviated but it would only be one bar that includes aggro changes

e.g. if a Rdm generates more aggro than a sam, that single bar changes to the sam and displays the new aggro difference between them and me
