As a SMN main, I wish I could like this harder. THIS ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO HAPPEN RIGHT MEOW!!

As for the blue mage pet thing, it's not so much about moogles being pets (which would be a bit weird) but rather that we don't really need another pet job until pet control systems get a makeover so that player-input commands can cancel their default auto-cast skill.
