Don't worry, 50-60 will require as much EXP as 1-50 and 60-70 the same as 1-60.

But that's cool because we likely will be getting a +5 levels cap increase every 2 years.

The only difference between the selfless and selfish is the former is a guise of the latter; ergo, calling someone selfish just tells me and any logical person you're no less selfish yourself, and in the case of arguing about terminology, this is undoubtedly so that you're a selfish prick.

Yeah, and we'll still have an inverse leveling curve between 35~50.

Unless the issue with Powerleveling is adressed the ammount of exp to rank up is inconsequential, people not even playing the game will have a massive advantage over those who want to actually play the whole game.

I guess my point is that the community may not always know what is best for them "I'm not excluding myself from this either"

If I ask a child if he wants to eat candy everyday, or eat his healthy food everyday and then get his desert. I think you can figure out what the child will pick. Even in the case of adults we usually pick the "Easier and more "Pleasing" route without thinking of the long term consequences.

It's the developers job to do that really, they need to be able to keep us playing this game for as long as possible. So the community may cry out for faster and faster exp but I believe that in the end we will always have some form of grind in the game to keep us in it.

The current grind is Materia wether people want to beleive it or not it's the defacto way to improve your character once you hit the level cap, a fully materiad player is leaps and bounds better than a vanilla rank 50. It seems to be a matter of visibillity for some, it's less noticable when it's not something you can gague with a number like the class levels.

I guess in the long and short of it when you say what I suggest is going to hurt the community...I guess I have to ask.

    Prove it.

Let me Pow this too k here goes

With currnet Levling and chains the game is giving you the option to level at a much increased rate not when at lv. 50 there are many things you can do (Not) Ifrit or Ifrit now with the current Drop rates and drop system you find yourself in a (and we all can say it ) A very badly developed time sync . Now if your one of the lucky ones to get a weapon 10/10 you cant use it so what you end up doing is having you LS mates or make Plvl parties to get the job you aIfrit weapon for to 50 so you can use it . Sorry alittle of topic but People dont want to spend a month getting a job they really dont want to play up because they got Ifrit weapon and want to show it off . Also you can Power Level all you want if you dont have the skill to play your just going to be shit anyways and never get invites or have to come that job in LS events so whats the point of this post anyways . If solo's want to continue complaining about stuff that isnt solo-oriented were going to continue to have this breakdown of Casuals Vs. Hardcore and to be honest personally i dont care if you can play 1-2hr a week or can play 90hrs a week Stop giving Yoshida Idea's on how to make a MMO because clearly he has no idea and takes bad ideas from people who have the mentality that all MMO's should be solo

    POW......
