request for Exp reduce

You want exp overall reduced which means it affects everyone which means you're speaking for everyone in regards everyone supports this as they feel the same.

I like a grind, however most people sadly want to be rushed to the level cap...it's just the sad nature of MMOs these days.

How is the OP stating his/her request and opinion in anyway shape or form saying that the OP believes their statement reflects everyone else's? I read a lot of these posts, and never said a thing, but felt the need to chime in here. Not only do I agree with OP, but i also believe you need to get your head straight for not only twisting the OP's words around, but for also doing so when you apperently agree.

I think this take on the OP stems from the notion that if you're going to make a suggestion that negatively impacts the entire player base, you need to assume most of them would support the idea. Which doesn't seem to be the case each time someone makes one of these threads.

I really hope they do a players' poll after they start charging.

it *seems* that people are generalizing xp gain based on battle classes. yes, if you can find a good party the instant you log on without waiting for people to join, do it for 4-5 hours everyday, then maybe you can rank up very fast. however, most of the time, i'm waiting for an hour for people to join a party, then grind for an hour before people start getting bored or hungry or sleepy. i also supplement my grind parties with several leves that net me less than half an hour of xp parties. in that instance, you don't level up very fast. i would imagine that i am not in the minority with my style of xping.

aside from battle class, you have to take into account the xp for DoH and DoL classes. they don't get xp chains or pl's. how is increasing the xp curve good for crafters/gatherers? focusing on one narrow scope of battle class xp is not a terribly comprehensive way to suggest a balanced xp system for the entire game.

I like the exp we get. I have a life so I only really get to exp once a week. It feels good to not have much time but still be able to make some progress.

how will reducing xp help demote pling? it will only encourage it. reducing xp might make the pling take longer but they will still pl, just longer. i don't see the point. the ppl that will suffer most for this is the ppl trying to lvl up normally.

and i hate questing for xp so no...

this idea is a poorly thought-out rage at plers, who have already been deemed okay by Yoshi, and would be even worse off due to the lack of sustainable content (not only in end game BUT ESPECIALLY in the low levels offset by the inability to find a party which i highly doubt that the player finder will help).

some of you might think this is mad logic, but, i don't want my fav class at 50 when jobs come out i want to do each job quest at the level they come, and i would be at 50 with the currnt rate of exp by now. that being said, i don't think they should reduce exp, well maybe a little but not drasticly. personally i'm quite happy crafting and making a bit of gil for a few months, getting back to battle will be good, but i can wait. but i don't think they should bore every1 else just coz i don't want to level up so quick

Don't worry, 50-60 will require as much EXP as 1-50 and 60-70 the same as 1-60.

But that's cool because we likely will be getting a +5 levels cap increase every 2 years.
