request for Exp reduce

XP is a bit fast I will agree there. But I don't get how you can say you don't like the grind, but once you are 50 all you do it grind to get materia, and on the same mobs over and over and over

I guess it's just a matter of where the "Grind" appears. But by the look of things I don't think it will be long before materia gets a heavy handed nerf as well until people have nothing worth accomplishing.
