request for Exp reduce

You can level your character in your own pace, don't drag everyone else down and if you can't find anyone that has the same ideal as you, then you can guess.. you are the minority that actually likes grinding.

While i myself thinks the current exp is too fast, i just don't like when someone forces their idea of fun into someone else's when there are options for both.
