    Leveling via repeatedly killing the same enemy over and over is madness and horrible design. If they experience were quest-based, I'd understand because it would be entertaining, but all you're asking for is that we have to wait longer to actually start playing the game.

    Check my sig, its possible to get 375k / hour at the spot that occurred making L40-50 take only about 2.5 hours since you can chain to 15+ very often and each kill is 1300-1600 typically.

    call my idea as "grind" is a bit to hard

    4h/day * 28 days = 112 hours <---- not worth it to call grind

    People who enjoy how it is now are the type of players who want to reach endgame and does not think level up is point of a mmo which i can understand not everyone like grinding and level up but that the point.

    Let me tell you something getting 1-50 within few days is not ok for a game that is 1year old. Now if we talking about FFXI or WoW i understand but even in wow you can't get 1-85 in 1day and talking about without friend account / without the exp gear. Even spamming dungeon or quest took me at least 3-1month to get 60 and not playing somewhat midcore.

    So yes i think the exp need to be reduce due to the fact it not good for a game that starting out and where really noting to do. Doing dungeon are pretty much pointless now due to materia or getting ifrit wep if getting a wep with x2 materia is better. The only reason i enjoy doing it for fun and just to feel that got it done.

    Allow this crazy EXP 5-7years down the road not from the start.

    I agree that EXP from Chains should be lowered, either that or the base EXP. I also agree that the advantage of PLing should be reduced.

    While there's a concern with many routes of the claiming system, I think to counter the primary power leveling aspect would be, "XP is awarded in proportion to the damage the party contributes to defeating the enemy." and loot goes toward "who tagged it first".

    Cons: Griefing. You can continue to attack someone else's monsters and reduce their XP.
    Debate based on ideals: Prevents the current power leveling where a weaker party can claim a group of monsters to be destroyed by higher level players.
    Pro: A lower level player can still obtain XP when a higher level player is rounding up a large host of lower level enemies for farming purposes. In the current system, the lower level player cannot benefit when a higher level player does this.
    Pro: Multiple parties working together in strongholds or other public locations can share in the XP rewards and SB growth, i.e. a linkshell of 12~24 players invading a stronghold.

    The solution that appeases all groups is to leave it the same. This is a two-way door in which those who prefer content over grinding are given access to what they want while those who favor grinding are still allowed to do so at the pace they desire. If both parties can be equally appeased without a compromise then it makes zero sense to eradicate such a system.

    If the complaint is that of "I can't level slowly because of chains..." then you can find harder mobs that take longer to kill, thus removing the chain bonus.

    The only reason not to accept this logic is if you believe that your accomplishments are being ridiculed by others reaching the same level quicker than you did, thus minimizing possible exclusivity. And, if that would be your train of thought, you are weak-willed, intolerant, and ignorant. If that were to be the case, hopefully natural/sexual selection and survival of the fittest will kill you off and prevent the spread of such a vortex of ridiculousness. Do your best to look like a zebra in the vledt, please.
