I started this game very late it seems, so i can't find any party to start full Bahamut raid from beginning. I just want to learn the lore about it while enjoying the dungeon.
Any suggestion how can i make this happen?.

Open Party Finder.
Select the Turn you want to enter. Advertise it as an Unsync w/Bonus.
A light party of 60s Unsynced is generally enough to do any stage of Coil nowadays, and you shouldn't have too much issue getting people to join thanks to Wondrous Tails.
If you want to do it properly though (as in: synched) thats a much bigger problem - in that case you need to build a "semi-static" again, so... probably open PF again, and try to find as much like minded people as you can, make a LS, collect them like minions, set a date... go in the proper way. If you want to watch cutscenes but go in unsyched you'll probably gonna miss the fights while you're still watching...
Doing it synced (the "real" way) is going to take months of work and you'll need a consistent group of people to practice many of the fights with. I haven't heard of anyone doing it this way in the last year.
Putting up an unsynced PF party advertising your bonus will probably fill your party up pretty fast, and most of the fights become simple tank and spanks, with a few exceptions.
The best way to do it would be each coil unsynced - TWICE.
Let me explain:
You'll not find anyone to do this synced, as it will take too long, and if unsynced, no one is going to want to wait for you to watch cut-scenes. The fight will be over by the time you're done (some cut-scenes are 3+ minutes!). Whilst this is sad, it is understandable that people want it done and out of the way.
So, what you can do is: Queue up unsynced SOLO, watch the cut-scenes up to the start of the fight. Then, leave the instance, and get a group together to do it unsynced. That way, you have your story in order, do the fight, (ableit a lot easier) and watch the end cut-scenes without issue.
"Just watch the cut-scenes afterwards in the inn," some say - Whilst you CAN do this, it does make the story jarring. The way mentioned above, you can follow the story in order and know WHY you're here fighting whatever.
Oh and on the parts with Trash pulls before boss fights - most important cut-scenes happen before the trash pulls, so you shouldn't miss anything important.
Hope this helps!
