It's a type of bonus that stacks on your lower secondary classes, also if your a sprout you can get some bonus XP with mentor as well. Try doing weekly challenge log, hunts, and get your rep up to get XP scrolls from the new squadron program you can get Easy XP scrolls that way as well. You may also want to read on patch notes. One of the new things is that you can have your chocobo, get one at lvl 30, to fight alongside you while your in queue. Just released this patch ^^.

To make leveling multiple classes eaiser, there's an XP buff given to all additional combat classes once you've first passed that point on another combat class.
So, on every DoW/DoM class other than the one that's currently your highest leveled one, you get extra XP for killing enemies. It's a 100% bonus while leveling from 1 to 50 and a 50% bonus while leveling from 50 to 60. (I believe the Active Help tip explaining it still erroneously states that it's dependent on how far apart the levels of your current class and highest class are. But it isn't. It's a flat 100% or 50%.) For reasons I don't entirely understand, this XP bonus is referred to as an Armory Bonus.
And it stacks with a lot of other bonuses. So if you have a 100% Armory Bonus, and a 50% Rested XP bonus (from logging out in or spending time in a Sanctuary), and a 30% bonus from wearing the Brand New Ring, and a 10% bonus from your FC using the Heat of Battle action, and a 3% bonus from eating food, well, that's a 193% extra XP before you even begin building up a kill chain that can boost it as well.

My comments aren't really useful to to you, Amzz, my apologies for that. But I just wanted to say how nice it was to encounter - for a change - people being so helpful and welcoming!
Sometimes I think reading the forums is a bad idea; it convinces me that the game is full of folk who just want to snipe, complain & generally behave unpleasantly, which it turn makes me wary of trying to do content with anyone I don't know. You guys here have done something to restore my faith in the community
