Having a chocobo out is the only defense we have to these scum, when we're not in a real group, which have plagued us for weeks and so far you haven't seemed to have done anything about it.

I thought this would be about the poor 6 months that the PS3 players have to deal with every single person at a hunt having chocobos out. Which also isn't a valid reason for this to not be implemented (as scary and hilarious the prospect of post 3.5 hunts are)

Either you want chocobos to be party members or you want them as pets so you can queue for duties. Pick one.

To start, as mentioned, busy and away status prevents the invites.

As an extra note, players cannot invite you if you have an invite pending. When you get an invite, simply let it sit in the corner. That way, for that timer, you won't see another attempt. The utility gained from making them pets is greater than the only actual perk to having it as a party member.
