Colored Chocobo? Instead of monster mounts?

Little hint to Yoshi-P and the devs. They exists in pretty much all FF's. Way better then random evil mounts and brings out a "FF-esque" atmosphere.

The THM in Uldah CS has a hard time controling the Gobbue and we are gona ride em?

I think colored chocobos and customizable armor is more FF. Hell why not make em breedable and giving em diff appearance. (Ex: Bigger beak, more tail feathers, longer legs, smaller neck.)

Appealing to the FF fans is what is needed ~ Not copy/pasting other mmos.

I actually agree with the OP on this one, even though I am also saddened by the closing of the super serious Donkey Knight discussion. It had party set ups on Ifrit and everything.

Keep the mounts more FF like. Chocobos, Magitek Armour, even personal mini-airships would suffice. Or heck come up with something new.

That THM was terrible at his job. I thought his incompetence was part of that storyline...

I'm all for debate and whatnot but we already have like 4 threads on this - surely this suggestion fits into a reply to one if not all of them.

We're talking about the reward for staying from now until 2.0. You're going to waste the entire future of colored chocobos on that? Save that for the chocobo breeding system and let everyone in on that.

This is limited-time, small-community, special reward - not basic requirement. Now, if our chocobo was given the limited time reward of always having Van Darnus armor for the rest of the game - better!

i think chocos should be our main focus mount but this game definitely needs the variety of mob mounts.
i just personally didnt like the Gobbue mount, it probably makes the least sense out of all of them i think.
