    Woohoo! The diadem is back!.. although I'm hoping that the diadem gear is atleast higher than un upgraded shire gear.

    I don't think it's Neo Bahamut, but I do suspect the Garleans will use Bahamut to test their new toy. It's no different than when Giaus manipulated the beast tribes to summon 3 primals so he could test out the power of the Ultima Weapon. Now it's time to flex those Omega muscles.
