Those jobs are only recolored to distinguish your units from the enemy units.

This is what is commonly refered to as bull****.

You made some ridiculos false assumption that every job in every FF titled game was the same color. Thats wrong.

Someone displays proof and you start blowing some smoke about differentiating from the enemy. If its so traditional, why would they change the player charater and not the enemy NPCs?

You falsly and incorrectly assume you know why a game developer did it in said manner, that in itself drops your credibility by miles.
