Because we're role-players...idk, I'm not mean I just think pointless bickering is quite stupid. Everyone is getting what they want in one way or the other, yet there is still arguments/discussion going on about the manner.

And to answer the question about how will it compare with other gear:

Like an MMO it will be good/the best until the next patch rolls around; so is the nature of the beast; just like how the Ifrit weapons are going to fall from the best, materia'd weapons will also fall from the best, etc etc, until the end of times.

(Side note about Besaid: Having tried out five different Servers, Besaid has the nicest people on it; just saying)
