Question about Job "AF Armor"

Personally I feel that if you want to look different and colour your armour you shouldn't be looking to wear AF.

AF is suppose to respresent the typical look of a specific class, ie white mage, white and red.

Plus its unlikely that AF being U/U will even compare to 2 slotted materia pieces so its unlikely its going to be the best choice.

I feel as if the Job Specific gear will Boost your job specific abilities to strengthen your optimization for job role.

If that's the case, job Gear would be better for Jobs than class gear.

Class gear would be best suited for classes, and job gear would be better suited for jobs.
