Question about Job "AF Armor"

In other words, some don't want their gear dyed, so we are all made to suffer from cookie cutter uniforms with one drab color to keep the few from throwing a tantrum, good job......
Well doesn't matter anyway, since Yoshi has already stated his stance quite strongly that he wants crafted gear to be the end all be all gear. I guess players don't matter on these topics.

It is crafted gear with multiple materia added to them... I believe someone figured it was around 4 or so to make it close or equal to some of the rare gear... I would have to dig through many many threads to find it again... and the cat is kind of tired to go digging through them...

Not much of a rant, and I like Penn and Teller Bullshit, it's a good show.

Much like how those had to suffer with basically instant respawn NMs simply because people are scared of dedicating a little time? (As in complaining about something insignificant?)

First I don't play healer, second I would go for purple. And I agree, there is too much content on easy mode.

Look at the armor from coffers, it's a joke compared to any piece of crafted gear with 1 materia.
Ifrit weapons are the only thing so far that does better than crafted with 1 materia.

I've confirmed with the dev. team that they won't be making it possible to dye job-specific equipment in the future. For some people, jobs and their equipment hold a special image in their minds and there might be those put off by the fact that the image can be altered by being able to dye them multiple colors. We want to maintain that special image by keeping the equipment uniform.

However, in the future, it might be possible to release different colored job-specific equipment as new items.

I can guarantee that atleast 95/100 people that vote for this would approve of it and I think Yoshi should take that into consideration. If my numbers don't see right he should have this question in a new player poll and implement it based on that. The examples that were shown of multi-colored AF was the best idea I have ever seen on these forums by a mile. It just seems so right and I thought for sure that it would be implemented after seeing the reaction to it, yet we get this kind of answer? I am severely disappointed with the Dev. Team at this moment.

Just another flawed decision to the list. Pretty much every single FF had multiple versions for every AF...some changed colors between characters, some changed between le, some changed between allies and enemies...but there always were multiple colors of them.

But yeah...it's the FF feel...that's right. I think we should also change to 2D images too...this will make wonders to "FF feel". /facepalm

Well thats silly since they made leveling so easy, level 30 content is a waste of time to produce...

Job related quests start at 30. They haven't specifically said how the armor will be obtained yet.

Also to mention they never said it would be the armor set. All they said was "Job specific equipment". For all we know, it could be simple accessories.
