I don't know if I'm the only one will complain this, but this emote almost same with SCH/SMN's victory pose. That means (imo) the pose isn't unique anymore. What do you guys thought?

I dont think arcanists should hold the monopoly over adjusting glasses.
I'm sorry but no lol... when was this EVER unique for SCH/SMN? NPCs have been using this emote and various other emotes that are part of the SCH/SMN victory/battle emotes WAAAY before we ever got those emotes for our characters.
If anything we're the ones stealing unique emotes from the NPCs... poor NPCs.

My intention is I don't want it happens again like Highlander's old pose got copycat by Hildybrand. It was "kinda" hurt me as highlander![]()
Yeah. All one of them.I'm sorry but no lol... when was this EVER unique for SCH/SMN? NPCs have been using this emote and various other emotes that are part of the SCH/SMN victory/battle emotes WAAAY before we ever got those emotes for our characters.

I understand where you are coming from and I feel a little odd about it also D: but what also feels odd is adjusting glasses on my summoner's face that aren't there 90% of the time. I think opening the emote up to players who really do glamour glasses on themselves, regardless of their class/job, makes a little more sense in the long run. If anything maybe SE can look into a new emote for arcanist but it would be a pretty low priority thing I would think D:
Currently Playing: Blue Revolver
The bit of the adjusting glasses int he /bstance for smn/sch is only a tiny portion of the /bstance emote itself, unlike the highlander/hildy emotes.

I wear glasses IRL and have for most of my life. When I'm not wearing them, I still occasionally touch the bridge of my nose to adjust glasses that aren't there. It just becomes a reflex action if you're used to normally wearing them. I just figure that's what's happening with the emote if your character doesn't have glasses on at the time. Arcanists (of any specialty) are assumed to spend enough of their time wearing reading glasses that it's become a habit.
Wait, there's a fixing glasses emote!? What!?
Tell me more, please!
