Returning player, seeking non-elitist FC

I used to be a member of a FC that claimed it was about "family", and "honor", but it turned out that this FC was simply an elitist-jerk clique-fest that ostracized anyone they deemed not one of their "cool kids" that played 18+ hrs/day, and already had elite skills in encounters and never EVER made mistakes. They merely advertised as being family-oriented and being about the player behind the avatar to attract more applicants, and we didn't appreciate that.

We're looking for a non-elitist FC that runs dungeons, trials, raids, etc., that are willing to work with people that aren't already MLG-Pros at FFXIV. We want to have fun as we grow into our roles, not worry about whether or not the officer core will exclude us simply because we made 1 error in a training run (what's the point of helping someone develop their skills raiding if you're intolerant of mistakes?)

We're looking for a FC who's members are interested in the people that are playing the avatars, not just their ilvl.

Hey Enari, I think it might have been me back in early '15 that caused you to feel this way. I am sincerely sorry.

I am on a slow path of elitist recovery thanks to some really patient and kind people who have stuck with us since then.

Don't ever let other people keep you down. No matter what FC you are in i hope you enjoy the best MMO around.
