Healing Magic Potency for non-healers

At level 50 on PLD I used to have cure as a cross class. It may not have been great but it was an acceptable self heal and combined with stoneskin and convalescence it could do enough to make the difference between a wipe and finishing a fight.

But at level 60 cure became a drop in the bucket with how poorly the healing scaled with our hp... on top of that we got clemency. So I took cure off my cross classes for mercy stroke.

Now that's fine and dandy for level 60. But every time I go into level 50 content, I have to put cure back on my cross classes because pre-50, I don't have clemency, then when I come out of that content I have to take cure off again because it sucks. It's annoying having to constantly swap my cross classes based on the content.

My hope is that they'll do one of the following (most of these only help PLD, because I don't really play casters much):
1. give PLD/GLA a low level cure spell of their own, that works off WD and STR/VIT similar to clemency but has the same potency and mp cost as cure, in place of provoke (which we'll be losing to role skills). Maybe first aid?
2. Rework the cure formula so cure and physick scale well enough that they are worth setting as cross classes permanently for non-healers.
3. Lower clemency to be a pre-50 spell.
4. Allow us to use all our learned abilities even while level synced. Which would allow PLD to use clemency at 50 and below meaning I won't have to set cure every time I sync.
