We have already been told Lakshmi is a new primal being introduced in 4.0, and assuming there will be one more alongside her, I would like to make a suggestion.

When Heavensward released, we were given access to Bismarck and Ravana. In their extreme modes, Bismarck dropped a i175 weapons, which were very quickly outshined by the Asuran i180 weapons (which many people were able to obtain before beating Bismarck) as well as the Ravana i190 weapons. This created a scenario where myself and many other players only completed Bismarck one time for ourselves, and maybe went back to help a friend clear it to gain Ravana access.

I would like to see a way of keeping both of the primals relevant from their immediate launch, either by re-introducing accessories as rewards for primal fights, and/or by enabling upgrades for the weapons, such as if Ravana and Bismarck both dropped i175 weapons and there was a way to upgrade either primal's weapons to i190.

I agree with the accessory idea. Give us a tomestone ring and a primal ring of the same ilevel. Rings/earrings from one primal and bracers/necklaces from another primal all of the same ilevel as the tomestone gear. I've been arguing for a while that the unique equipped rings need to be changed or we need a second equal ilevel ring from another source.
