Getting rid of Auto-Attack:

1. Create a Macro
2. "/echo <me> hits <t> for x amount of damage."
3. Turn on Toggle Macro
4. Attack Mob
5. Press CTRL or ALT
6. Keep pressing 1
7. Are you still pressing 1?
8. Good boy.
