    You do understand that no auto attack was one of the things that was turning people away? It's all find and dandy if that's what you like but the chances of this game ever going anywhere under that system are slim.

    For me the lack of auto attack wasn't as big of an issue as the god awful stamina bar system.

    Well we did have a slightly more active and engaging combat system but.........

    ....... it didn't stop all the bots like they intended it to.

    Don't think i would like ultra fast action combat & animations. It feels too, idk, spammy.

    I think if they can get rid of lag and/or animation lock, they could do more inventing things with battles. Making those who advocate the spammy-style action forget they want it as much, imo.

    Combat doesn't necessarily have to flow like a fighting game genre. I think after alot of the server restructuring most people won't care so much.

    For the record, animation lock isn't a mistake, it's realistic and it's an obstacle you have to deal with when playing. If you don't like animation lock, then don't use weapon skills like Doomspike II. If you can't avoid using it, then plan better, don't blame the game for something like dying to Ifrit because you aren't able to time weapon skills appropriately.

    Tested to press only C?

    If you press C you turn off/on target-lock without losing your target cross and your active action bar.

    But I have some situations too, where I couldn't switch the action bar up/down with keyboard after I turned the camera a bit with the mouse. It was ok again after I switched the bar up/down with the mouse. No such problem with controller.
