Lets talk about... Vote-Kicks!

Ein wunderschönen Donnerstag morgen zusammen. Starten wir doch gleich mal mit einem schwierigen Thema, dass ich dennoch möglich unkompliziert diskutieren möchte.

Wie wir alle wissen, kann man Spieler nach 5 Minuten aus dem Inhalt werfen, solange die "Mehrheit" dafür stimmt. In normalen "Leichten Trupps" (4 Spieler) genügt es, wenn bereits 1 dafür stimmt. Die gängigsten und verständlichsten Gründe für einen Rauswurf sind Spieler, die für längere Zeit offline/afk sind, absichtlich trollen oder im Chat beleidigen.

Aber es kommt auch vor, dass Vote-Kicks missbraucht werden können und andere Spieler grundlos aus den Inhalten zu werfen. Besonders ärgerlich ist es, wenn man kurz vor dem Endboss ohne Grund raus geworfen wird (was mir bisher nur 2x passiert war). Auf der anderen Seite widerum kann der Rausgeworfene die Gruppe melden. Ob es dann zu Konsequenzen kommen kann, bleibt meist ein Geheimnis.

Kurzgefasst, berechtigt ist ein Vote-Kick wenn ein Spieler das Spielerlebnis anderer stört.

Die große Frage ist aber, wie es sich mit der "Grauzone" verhält. Damit sind Spieler gemeint, die ihre Klasse nicht gut spielen können (z.B. als Barde keine Songs spielen oder Schwarzmagier die nur Eis zaubern). Wenn z.B. ein Tank nicht tanken will, dann stört er das Spielerlebnis der Gruppe. Wenn ein DD aber trotz Massenpulls keinen AoE-Schaden macht oder den eigenen Damage-Buff weg lässt (z.B. die sogenannten L0L-goons), stört das ja auch das Spielerlebnis der Gruppe, oder?

Aber ist es erlaubt einen Spieler zu kicken, der nur halbherzig bei der Sache ist? Diesbezüglich habe ich folgendes gefunden:

However, there is one topic in this thread that seems to be an underlying point of contention: reasons for dismissal that are not strictly "AFK", "Offline", "Harassment", or "Cheating". I would like to address this.

The response from the GM touched on this, although it was missed due to the focus on the first part of that sentence. The reasons for dismissal are not all encompassing, which means that there may be valid reasons for dismissal outside of those four examples. Good examples of this that have been provided in this thread are the refusal to fulfill one's job function. Because of this, it is possible that the reasons provided for dismissal may be found to be accurate if they are used against you. As well, the feelings one may have about the reasons may differ from the feelings of those who voted to dismiss. For example, cultural differences in language may have one person using language they find fairly benign while another person takes great offense to it.

Because of these subjective discrepancies, the final decision on if a violation of the use of the vote dismiss feature is left to a GM after an investigation. In general, abuse of the vote dismiss feature is considered to be a grief tactics violation, which falls under section 3.2 in the Final Fantasy XIV User Agreement. However, it is only after a GM investigation that it can be determined to be a violation of the rules. If you feel that the vote dismiss feature has been abused, please do report it to the GMs through the Help Desk in game, and we will investigate.

Meine Meinung:
Ich werfe ungerne Spieler aus dem Inhalt, nur weil sie ihre Klasse nicht so gut drauf haben. Zwar stört es mich sehr, weil es den Inhalt künstlich in die Länge zieht und ich die Leute praktisch auf dem Silbertablet durch den Inhalt trage (obwohl sie eigentlich nicht verdient hätten). Ich meine, sie stören in dem Sinne ja MEIN Spielerlebnis.

Natürlich sage ich den Leuten, was sie ggf. falsch machen oder dass sie sich mehr mit der Klasse beschäftigen sollten. Aber das wird meist ignoriert oder mit einem dummen Spruch beantwortet. Das Einzige was mir dann noch bleibt ist entweder selbst raus zu gehen oder Disziplinarmaßnahmen in Form eines Rauswurfs zu ergreifen. Aber ich habe auch keine Lust mir einen Perma-Bann von mehreren Tagen zu holen, nur weil 10 Minuten länger in dem Dungeon war. Ein Dilemma.

Wie seht ihr das? Vote-Kick von schlechten Spielern berechtigt?
