Why so toxic?

It's kind of funny how this ended up as a perfect example of people assuming someone is being toxic and just for asking a question.

The way that the question is worded does not actually answer any of the OPs concerns regarding this community, and without any more explanation (as Texa pointed out - tone is hard through text) the question comes across as saying "Why don't you just leave if you don't like it?", when the obvious answer is that you can have concerns about one while also enjoying another.

Similarly, the tone of my post is not accusing nor putting down Texa, I said outright that the question is valid, but that my observation gave me a giggle at how the community comes across, and the irony that it has within this thread
