He isn't a Samurai, that isn't a katana. Yoshi straight said it's a gunblade.

Saying they're gunblades literally means nothing. All the Garleans use gun weapons.

You realize there's about a foot of length between a tanto and a katana, and a foot between a katana and a nodachi, right?

I would like to see a monk-like class (stances), with different gun-weapons, that would be more interestering than SAM. I guess for the expansion on the Garlean empire.

You know what I notice about his artwork?



Check out that third eye. Yeah, I know, Garleans have a third eye. But look at it! It's so emphasized. It looks like an actual third eye. You know what job has a "third eye"?

They added Lightning's gear a while back, and her sword IS a gunblade, but its just a regular sword for us :P
